Monthly update from Vajram Group March 2010
Greetings to you all
We want to thank all our customers for being a part of our Vajram Orchid community. It has been really great pleasure meeting you all and we really appreciate your trust and support given to Vajram Group.
As a part of the effective and transparent communication about the status of the Vajram Orchid project, we are planning to publish monthly news letter to update status of the project implementations. This will also give us an opportunity to update new development in Vajram Group.
We are really happy to inform that the Phase One of the Project has been sucessfully completed. We are expecting to complete all the registrations for the agreements we entered by middle of April. We are planning to launch Phase 2 of the projects by First week of April. We will send the details about the Villa plans, elevations and other information of Phase Two in next monthly news letter.
Vajram OrchidProject updates as on 30th March 2010
Progress of the infrastructure implementations has been pretty much in line with our scheduled time line. As a part of our commitment to provide best quality product, Company has taken utmost care in implementation of all aspect of infrastructure. All designs and working drawings for access road, front gate elevation, Access road landscape, STP, Strom water drains, Internal roads, electrical cabling, hydropneumatic water pressure system and compound wall have been finalized and being implemented as per schedule. Based on current progress and implementation plan, We expect to complete Sewerage, Compound wall, Strom water drainage, Water supply, Electrical cabling / Transformers infrastructure, Water sump and Access roads and internal roads ( Expect black top) by April 15th. We will start working on landscape design and implementation by end of April.
Land leveled & properly consolidated
Entire land was leveled & properly consolidated as per the contours, individual attention to every plot for predefined entry and other services be the first of its kind amongst other developers.

Underground Sewage
Underground Sewage lines with PVC pipes for all the main lines has been completed and individual plot connections are being laid under the hawk eyes of able engineers and architects.

Approach road
Approach road with good quality soling & WBM with proper consolidation, curbstones & avenue plants are waiting to uplift the image of layout entrance.

Grand compound wall like the walls of forts with packing of neatly laid engineered masonry blocks and RCC structure with barbed wire.

Storm Water Drain
A 500 m length of underground RCC hume pipe drains are receiving special attention on jointing and sloping as per the design for storm water channels be the first of its kind amongst other developers.

Elecrtical work
8000 Meters of Underground L.T electrical cable from all the transformers to individual feeder filler boxes, and upto individuals plots, separate cables are laid for both BESCOM and Generator backup ensuring continues power supply

Other developments

- The bore-well is pumping portable drinking water and waiting for the sump tank completion but has been fitted with temporary water connection to ensure water for construction purpose only.

- All internal roads getting treated with a sub grade of construction debris and sub grade formation.

- 3000 Meters of Street light cabling for the illustrious lights

- Separate RCC flat form structure for the transformers and RMUs has been completed, achieving complete insulated electricity supply with utmost safety to all the plots which is the best of Vajram Orchid service.
